We utilize strength-based strategies to improve behavior and classroom management, promote academic excellence, and to build competent and confident leaders. This is accomplished through tutoring, behavioral and classroom management, and instructional supports.

  • Our founder

    Sheila Lewis is an individual who has exemplified leadership skills since she was a young girl. She was born and raised in Houston, Texas and is the second of two siblings.

     

    Educated in the public school system thru twelfth grade. She knew she wanted to teach at the young age of six years old. Her decision about her career did not waiver as she continued through school. Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Academic Studies with specializations in Elementary Education, Reading and Health from Sam Houston State University and a Masters in Educational Administration from Prairie View A & M University.

     

    She has over twenty years of experience in education. She has educated young minds in public & Christian schools. Sheila has been a successful teacher, team leader, testing coordinator and administrator. She has written curriculums, presented staff developments, and assisted with building relationships among the staff and the community.

     

    Sheila is committed to bridging the relationship gap between schools and parents. She is capable of working with you on creating a positive behavior management environment while keeping teacher morale high. She has a passion for positive parent and school relationships; helping parents to understand decisions the school makes as well as educating parents on how to help their child to become successful.

     

    Sheila is dedicated to helping students and schools reach their full potential. Education is Sheila's chief joy!
